1. Shipping Partners
We partner with RajaOngkir, which connects us with reliable local couriers such as JNE, TIKI, POS Indonesia, and others. This allows us to offer you multiple shipping options at competitive rates based on real-time data.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within Indonesia. International shipping options are not available at this time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method you choose. The shipping rate is provided by RajaOngkir, which fetches rates from multiple courier services to ensure you get the best available price.
4. Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier selected. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Local deliveries: 1-3 business days
- National deliveries: 3-7 business days
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier. If you have any issues with tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. While we partner with trusted courier services, OKEARA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or other disruptions.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or addresses in remote areas that are not covered by our courier partners. If your location is considered a restricted area, we will notify you and discuss alternative delivery options or refund your order.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pick-up. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange a new shipment at an additional cost.
9. Changes to Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@okeara.com or via phone / WhatsApp at +62 811-3831-4651. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with the courier and RajaOngkir to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please keep all packaging and product for inspection.
